Below are IT instructions that will help to ensure your internal systems are setup
properly so that users can access LearnCore. Should your IT team have any
questions, please email your LearnCore Customer Success Manager.
IT Instructions and Testing:
1. Add @learncore.com as a safe sender to prevent e-mails going into spam
2. Whitelist all subdomains of *.learncore.com.
3. For accounts that have Pitch IQ or wish to stream video lesson content,
open up Port 1935 and whitelist the following domains:
In order to test and see if you need to do steps 1, 2, or 3 please follow
the steps below:
a. Login to: app.learncore.com/login
b. Email: [email protected]
c. Password: testlc
d. Click: app.learncore.com/login Please click 'Login as an
Admin'. The next screen should be an Admin Dashboard.
If it redirects back to login then you still need to grant
e. Ensure the following video plays without any issues: http://storage.googleapis.com/learncore/video/-
4. If you cannot see Learn content (i.e.: PowerPoints not pulling through),
please whitelist the following domains:
a. Box domain and all its subdomains (*.box.com)
b. Google Cloud Storage (storage.googleapis.com)
