LearnCore just released some new and exciting features.  Please read below to learn more.   If you have any questions about the features, please do not hesitate to reach out to your dedicated Client Strategist.  

Admin Updates:

1.) Automatically Add All Managers of Groups Assigned to a Course to the Pitch IQ Admin Panel

When there are multiple groups assigned to one course, adding Mangers of those groups to the Admin Panel can be tedious. Therefore, LearnCore has created a toggle to relieve this stress. The Auto-assign managers toggle will now allow you to automatically add all of the Managers for assigned groups to the Admin Panel with the click of a button. Simply turn on the "Auto-assign managers" toggle to Yes in the upper righthand corner of Part 3 in Course Creation Step 4, when adding Admin Panelists.  




Note: If you only want some groups' Managers added, toggle the Managers on, add the associated groups in Course Creation Step 5, then toggle it back off. Choose to leave the Managers on the Admin Panel, when the conformation modal pops up. 




2.) Pitch IQ Admin Panel: Pagination and Sorting 

The process of searching for an Admin Panelist can be strenuous at times. Fortunately, LearnCore has developed a new feature to ease the pain.  We made setting up the Admin Panel more scalable by adding pagination to the NEW Admin Panel table in Course Creation Step 4. 




3.) Content Size Upload Increase

In order to allow for larger pieces of content to be uploaded, LearnCore doubled the maximum lesson content size to 2GB. This will allow Admins to upload higher quality content (videos). 



4.)Pitch IQ Admin Panelist- Email Frequency 

When deciding how frequent Pitch IQ Admin Panelists should receive reminder emails, client feedback showed that Admins wanted more options. Therefore, LearnCore created a semi-monthly option to Admin Pitch reviews. This will allow Panelists to receive timely reminders every two weeks.  


 Learner Updates:

1.) Course Overview Sidebar: LearnCore has redesigned the course overview page, making it easier for you to  navigate through a course.  This includes a fixed sidebar to help you understand what you have completed, what you have yet to go through and what to do next. This enhancement will give you an intuitive visual to monitor your course completion and help you stay on top of your progress.



2.) iOS Mobile Application: Submit a support ticket

You can now submit a support ticket straight from our iOS mobile application.  Simply click "Submit a Support Ticket" from the menubar in the upper lefthand corner of the app and ask your question straight from your iOS Mobile Application. 



Once a ticket is submitted, you will receive an email notification when the customer support team has responded.  You will then be able to see the response within the mobile app by clicking "Submit a Support Ticket" from the menubar.  Here is where you will also see a log of all the tickets you have submitted within the app.  You can click into each to see the email thread between you and the customer support team.  



3.) iOS Mobile Application: Access Help Center FAQ Articles 

In addition to submitting a support ticket, you can also access our FAQ articles by clicking "Help Center" from the menubar in the upper lefthand corner in the mobile app.



Once you are in the Help Center, select the appropriate folder in order to drill down to specific articles that relate to your issue/question.
