SSO Updated Process


For clients who have SSO accounts using SAML authentication, where a user has been removed from SAML authentication, but still wants to access a different, non-SSO LearnCore account:

  1. Go to
  2. Try to login with a password, it will return incorrect.
  3. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link. LearnCore will send a password reset email to your email address.
  4. Set your new password, and login successfully.
