Example Use Cases
- Equip your sales team with how to handle tough objections. If an Opportunity falls below a certain probability, on-the-spot learning can take place to help the sales rep rescue the deal.
- If your sales person is tasked with upselling to a new product, tie that product's course to Opportunities that have already expressed interest in such a feature. Make sure your sales rep is up-to-speed on new product knowledge when it counts.
How It Works
Assign a LearnCore course based on Salesforce data in Opportunities. If a Pitch IQ course is applied to a rule, the app will display the Leaderboard of the course - providing "just-in-time" learning and examples. If a Learn + Test course is applied to a rule, the Learner will be routed to the course in the LearnCore tab.
When setting up, verify mapping and save after each update.
What Your Learners See
Learners will automatically see the course you mapped to within the Opportunities page.

View and get on-demand support from the best people in your company.
