If you’ve uploaded all users to your LearnCore Account but have yet to send the invitation email and you are looking to invite just a few of them, perhaps for testing purposes, there is an easy way to do this. Please follow the instructions below:
- In Account Management, ensure the “automatically send invitation emails…” is toggled and saved to “No”.
2. In User Management, individually go to the user(s) you want to send the invitation email to and under “invitation status” hover over the circle with a slash through it and “resend” will appear.
3. Click “resend” and an invitation will be sent to the user.
4. If the user does not receive the invitation email, ask him/her to please check spam.
