Users Are Experiencing Technical Difficulties. Who Should I Contact?

Send an email to with the answers to the following questions.  These questions will help our IT team diagnose the root of the issue.  

1.) Account, Course, Lesson Name(s)

2.) Name and email of user(s) experiencing issues

3.) A copy of the original video file (if possible)

4.) Whether or not the issue has been able to be reproduced
