How to View LearnCore Content Offline

LearnCore can be accessed via our web app or our mobile app. In order to use the mobile app, you need to be on an iOS device (iPhone/iPad). As a user, you can access the training content provided to you in both places. From the web app, content is downloaded individually whereas on the mobile app, an entire course is downloaded to view offline.

Web App Instructions:

1.) To download course documents, click the “download” button within the document’s header. Please note this feature may be restricted based on the DRM settings put in place by the course Admin.

2.) To download a video, right click within the video and select “download as”. Please note this feature may be restricted based on the DRM settings put in place by the course Admin.

Note: If the video is embedded, such as Vimeo or YouTube, you will not be able to download.

Mobile App Instructions:

1.) Determine if the course is downloadable for offline use by looking at the course tile. If the course is not downloadable, it will say “Unavailable offline”. Otherwise, the course is downloadable.

2.) To download the course, swipe the course tile to the left and select “Download”.

3.) Once the download icon is selected, a question will pop up- asking you to confirm the download.

4.)  Once "Download" is selected, a download cloud will appear in the upper lefthand corner.

5.) Once a course is downloaded, the download icon will turn green.

Please note:  Once you "kill" the app, the courses will no longer be downloaded.  However, you can always download them again.

If there are any questions regarding viewing a course and/or content offline, please email us at support@learncore.com.
