If a Learner needs to re-record a pitch, Admins can now revert the pitch to a draft via PitchIQ Management. Pitches will no longer be deleted or removed from the system.
Why this change
By reverting to draft, Learners now have the ability to review their scored pitch for feedback and coaching before re-recording a new version. Previously when a pitch was deleted, the Learner and Admin could no longer access it for reference or be able to retrieve if it were accidentally deleted.
Admins - How to Revert a Pitch to a Draft
1. In PitchIQ Management, go to a Learner's pitch and click the three dots next to the "Submit" button.
2. Click on "Revert to Draft"

2. Next Steps
Learners will be taken to the course from the email link. From there, they can now view their submitted pitch as a draft, in addition to any saved drafts they had stored before submitting their original pitch.
Now, Learners can re-record and submit their latest pitch.
Please note: When reverting to a draft, any scores and feedback associated with this pitch will be removed. Learners will be able to review scores and feedback via the automated email that is delivered to their inbox after scores are submitted.
